On May 27, 2021, PMO Vias was established as the Project Management Office, composed of two renowned French companies. Within the framework of the Government-to-Government agreement, PMO Vías serves as the technical advisor to PROVÍAS Nacional, the entity responsible for three major road infrastructure megaprojects in Peru: the Puente Santa Rosa and the Vía Expresa Santa Rosa (both located in Callao), and the Nueva Carretera Central, which aims to improve connectivity between Lima and the central region of the country.
WHAT DOES THE GOVERNMENT-TO-GOVERNMENT AGREEMENT WITH FRANCE ENTAIL?
Thanks to the Government-to-Government agreement signed between Peru and France, we ensure quality in the development of these two major infrastructures with a highly qualified and specialized team in managing large projects. We are responsible for contract management strategies, study reviews, tenders, right-of-way acquisition, clearance of obstacles, and knowledge transfer and legacy.

PMO Vías comprises the French companies, Egis y Setec with a presence in more than 100 countries and globally recognized for developing road infrastructure projects such as the Katara Cultural Village (Qatar), the Millau Viaduct (France), the Bosphorus Bridge, among others.
