Acquiring right-of-way and clearing obstacles

To begin the works, it is essential to have cleared areas, that is, to have removed all obstacles such as: water networks, energy, telecommunications, etc. Also, have ownership of the land and the right of way.

Achieving this clearance requires comprehensive management that we as PMO Vias lead, using initial information collected thanks to the survey of all properties and obstacles, which is reinforced with field work.

For obstacles, technical solutions are provided in continuous collaboration with the EPS (Service Provider Companies). For property acquisition, we promote an administration in close relationship with the social management area.
