Bidding and managing contracts

On behalf of PROVIAS NACIONAL, we manage agreements with all contractors for the Via Expresa Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa Expressway) and the Nueva Carretera Central (New Central Highway). Additionally, we draft contracts under the international framework "FIDIC" and oversee the entire bidding process.

During the execution phase, we monitor the progress of each service by tracking the contractor's compliance with the scope within the specified deadlines.
